Weapons and Armor for Together We Go

A simple rules variant that gives mechanics to weapons and armor in TWG.  This is just me adding something to the game to make it more OSR to me. Your mileage may vary.  I tried to not add anything that would slow down the fun of the game. Let me know what you think.
